The Departments of Education and Public Welfare have commissioned a fiscal analysis of state early intervention services for children ages 0-5. SOLUTIONS Consulting Group, LLC, experts in early intervention financing will conduct the study. The purpose of the study is to:
- Review the birth-5 early intervention system costs and services and the relationship between individual program components and the fiscal resources that support them;
- Provide a solid rationale for early intervention budget requests; and
- Provide a mechanism for planning and managing operations.
