The Department of Public Welfare (DPW) has announced the postponement of the December 14 kick-off event for the statewide restraint reduction/elimination initiative. The Office of Children, Youth and Families and the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services will be working to reschedule this event. Additional information will be sent by DPW and PCPA as it becomes available.
