The Departments of Public Welfare and Education will host a statewide conference on school based behavioral health services. Creating Partnerships will be held on May 3 – 5 at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg/Hershey, Grantville. Community child and adolescent mental health and substance abuse service providers are among the target audiences for this event.
