The PCPA Conference Committee is delighted to release the prospectus and contract for Embracing Change, the 2006 PCPA conference. Scheduled October 10 – 13 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, the event once again promises to be a highlight of the year for the Pennsylvania drug and alcohol, mental retardation, and mental health community.
In response to suggestions from vendors and attendees, adjustments have been made to the conference schedule that includes changes in Exhibit Hall. Exhibit activities will take place on Tuesday evening, October 10 and all day Wednesday, October 11. Exhibit Hall will close on Wednesday evening. It is our expectation that streamlining Exhibit Hall hours and rescheduling food and break functions within the hall will again increase the likelihood that exhibitor, as an integral component to conference success, have the opportunity to interact with conference attendees.
Please review the attached information and note the deadline for inclusion in printed materials of May 31, 2006. All advertisements must be received by that date. Exhibitors and sponsors who wish to be listed in the conference program, which is used as both a marketing piece and the onsite planning brochure, must also adhere to that deadline.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the PCPA conference or greeting you as a vendor for the first time. The attached material should answer all of your questions, but please feel free to contact Kris Ericson, Technical & Conference Services Coordinator, if you have others we haven’t considered! As always, space is reserved on a first come, first served basis and no reservation is considered complete without payment.
Join the committee, PCPA Board of Directors and staff, and hundreds of professionals from across the state in the premiere statewide trade association conference. See you at Seven Springs!
