The Department of Health (DOH) is moving forward with the proposed drug and alcohol (D&A) confidentiality regulatory changes - 4 PA Code 255.5. A copy of the letter from DOH Secretary Calvin Johnson to the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee is available from this link, along with the regulations and commentary. The proposed regulation changes are expected to be published in the December 15 Pennsylvania Bulletin with a 30 day comment period.
