Cheryl Williams, Bureau of Community Program Licensure and Certification, attended the PCPA D&A Committee meeting on November 14 and issued an important warning. Licensing is doing more follow-up sessions on action plans and finding significant problems. It appears that many providers have not completed their action plans. Ms. Williams informed members that the Bureau would be fully staffed in the next month and more site visits would be made. Ms. Williams added that "fairly serious action" is being taken when action plans are not completed. All PCPA members are encouraged to review your action plan and assure thorough follow through on the plan.
