The Department of Public Welfare has made available new Early Warning Reports of the HealthChoices program (Lehigh/Capital and Southeast/Southwest) for the third quarter of 2002. The documents include a summary for each zone by quarter and a second document, accompanying charts and graphs to the reports. The summaries are posted in PDF format and the charts and graphs in Excel format.
