The Department of Public Welfare (DPW) has scheduled a series of forums to gather input for a Request for Proposals for Selective Contracting for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Medical Supplies. The draft work statement that was issued June 22 is available for review on the DPW web site (www.dpw.state.pa.us/DMERFP). Public input is invited through presentation of oral testimony at the forums. PCPA does not intend to present testimony on this issue, but individual members and those they serve may be interested in doing so. Forums are scheduled as follows:
