PCPA Releases Rate Setting Position Paper

October 13, 2007

PCPA believes that the commonwealth’s commitment to consumers, quality service, and access to care is threatened by the absence of a meaningful rate setting process for mental health, mental retardation, substance abuse, and child welfare services. The associaiton has developed a position paper calling for a fair rate setting process. The paper will be broadly circulated and presented to state and county officials. For more information or to comment, contact Lynn Cooper at PCPA.
