Catch the Wave and Support the PAC! Silent Auction Items, Bowling Teams Needed

Celebrate PCPA’s 40-year anniversary by making this the best year yet for the Pennsylvania Community Providers Political Action Committee (PCP PAC)!  The Silent Auction is a successful staple of the PCPA conference Exhibit Hall and members have been dedicated in their support of this event, donating a fabulous array of items. The association’s 40 years marks a tremendous milestone that calls for record member participation in 2012! Artwork, electronic items, and baskets featuring regional specialties are always extremely popular. However all donated items are welcome and very much appreciated. To make a donation, please email Anne Leisure (anne@paproviders.org) and supply the following information:

• a brief description of what is being donated,
• the name of the entity donating the item (e.g. individual, local business, agency), and
• if the item will be brought to the conference or delivered beforehand to PCPA.

While it is preferred that items be taken directly to Seven Springs by the donor, contributions may be delivered to the PCPA office by September 29 if that is more convenient.

Bowling Tournament!  
You are invited to bowl with us during the conference! The tournament is a great way to “catch the wave” and get together with friends and colleagues. The minimum entry fee is $40 for an individual or $100 for a team registration. Teams are composed of three people. Individual registrants are placed in teams.

In a new twist introduced last year, the GRI© Alumni Network bowling tournament is a one-hour winner-takes-all event.  The tournament takes place on Thursday, October 11, beginning at 4:45 p.m. and finishing before the barbecue. The format is designed to maximize the fun and competition. We are looking for six to eight teams!

To register, please email Anne Leisure (anne@paproviders.org) with the individual's name or the team name with the names of members. Participants will be invoiced after registering. Payment is by check to the "PCP PAC" and can be brought to conference or sent to:
