PCPA’s lobby day is June 6. If you have not already done so, please register your organization with PCPA (using the attached form) today.
Today is the last chance for members to register with PCPA and be guaranteed printed and prepared materials. Only registered contact persons will receive prepared member briefing packets and printed nametags. Please note that legislative packets will be set aside for your organization if visits are scheduled by the members and registered in advance with PCPA. Registering after today is still acceptable, but participants will be directed to handouts available on the registration tables rather than having specific materials prepared for them.

Speakers
The legislative press conference will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. –
members should begin to gather in the Main Rotunda at 12:45 p.m. PCPA is pleased
that several legislators are confirmed to speak including Sen. Jay Costa,
Jr. (D-Allegheny), Rep. Katie True (R-Lancaster) and Rep. Kathy Manderino
(D-Philadelphia).
Logistical Issues
- The PCPA registration table will be located in the Capitol’s Main Rotunda and available from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Legislative talking points and PCPA staff will be available throughout the event. Appointments with legislators and/or staff should be scheduled by members.
- As members finalize details for Lobby Day, please feel free to contact Melissa DiSanto Simmons, director of legislative affairs, by email or calling the association.
