PROMISe Provider Conference Calls
The Department of Public Welfare (DPW) has scheduled conference call training for PROMISe providers. Each conference call will focus on one specific provider type and/or type of claim. The call will last approximately one and one-half hours and will address the following items:
- Provider Enrollment Review
- Suspense Processing and System Related Items
- Billing Tips and Helpful Hints
- Understanding the Remittance Advice
- Questions and Answers
The teleconferences begin at 1:00 p.m. Since the format can accommodate only 100 participants per session, it is important to register early. The next calls are scheduled as follows:
- June 11 – BHRS
- June 15 – Provider Enrollment
- June 23 – Community Support Services
- July 14 – Outpatient (Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol, Partial)
