The Department of Public Welfare published proposed Personal Care Homes regulations (55 PA. Code, Chapters 2600 and 2620) in the October 5, 2002 Pennsylvania Bulletin.
These regulations had been emphasized throughout the "cross systems licensing project" and, thus far, are the only regulations that have emerged from that lengthy process.
