The Office of Mental Retardation (OMR) is asking for Certified
Investigators, Supports Coordinators, and Direct Care Staff to participate
in Regional Abuse Prevention Focus Groups. These groups will meet for 2-3
hours and provide additional information regarding abuse prevention to the
OMR Planning Advisory Committee’s Abuse Subcommittee.
Focus Group Dates and Locations:
- August 10 in Harrisburg
- August 12 in Philadelphia
- August 18 in Scranton
- September 14 in Pittsburgh
- September 15 in Erie
- September 16 in Cameron, Elk, McKean area
