The redesigned Incident Management (IM) module of HCSIS will be available beginning January 4. The redesign uses .NET technology for a more efficient, scalable, better performing system.

IM data clean-up is complete. Incidents that were marked for deletion were deleted from the IM subsystem on December 16, 2003. The bulletin training CD-ROM will be sent to counties and licensed providers beginning December 29, 2003. If providers do not receive theCD by January 5, request a copy via email from Michele Huntsman (mhuntsman@tiu11.org). The new web-based trainings for new IM users will be available at the end of January.
