In preparation for regional meetings in Scranton April 17 and Pittsburgh April 18, PCPA encourages members to submit participation guides for both process benchmarking exercises. A greater number of submissions results in a larger data pool for the exercises and more reliable results.
The participation guides are available online via the links below:

Each participation guide contains between 25 – 30 yes or no questions and completion takes less than five minutes. Agencies not able to attend either regional meeting are encouraged to complete surveys for both workshops. Agencies that are able to attend a regional meeting are encouraged to complete the participation guide for the other regional meeting, as well as the one they are attending. Please ensure that only one response is submitted for an agency in each exercise, as entering data twice for the same agency distorts results.
