Openings remain for two PCPA regional meeting featuring process benchmarking exercises in April. The Northeast Region Meeting, April 17 at Friendship House in Scranton, features an exercise on outpatient staff productivity. The Western Region Meeting, April 18 at the Four Points Sheraton in Mars, features an exercise on no-shows for the initial outpatient appointment. To register:
1. Complete the northeast regional meeting registration form or the western region meeting registration form.
2. Return the completed form via fax at 717-364-3287 or email to Steve Neidlinger (steve@paproviders.org).
Those agencies unable to send a representative to these regional meetings are still encouraged to participate. Participation guides for each of the workshops are available below:

Complete and return the participation guides via fax to Paul Lefkovitz, PhD, at 317-284-1728. Responses received will be entered by proxy by workshop attendees. Additional data will make the exercise results more reliable so you are encouraged to submit information. However, please ensure that only one participation guide is submitted for your agency, as entering data twice for the same agency will distort results.
