The Pennsylvania Community Providers Association (PCPA) is pleased to announce the addition of Lynn Keltz, MA, to the policy staff of the organization. Ms. Keltz will begin employment with the Association on March 16, filling the primary role as Mental Retardation Policy Specialist.

"We are delighted to have Lynn joining the PCPA staff," stated George Kimes, Executive Director. "She brings a wealth of knowledge to the position and enjoys the respect of the disability community, county, and state government in Pennsylvania." Keltz is currently finishing her tenure as Executive Director, United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Pennsylvania. While at UCP, her duties included development of legislative and administrative strategies around disability issues. Ms. Keltz has been an active part of the Pennsylvania MH/MR Coalition, of which PCPA is also a member, and has had the opportunity to work on issues with the Association through this coalition.

In addition to her extensive background in the disability community, Keltz also brings many years experience in the Pennsylvania Children & Youth system. With experience in rural and urban areas, she will be able to provide support to members serving Pennsylvanians in all settings.

Keltz holds degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Industrial and Labor Relations (MA) and Criminology (BA). The PCPA Board and staff welcome her to her new position with the Association.
