PCPA, in conjunction with the Conference of Allegheny Providers (CAP), has developed a survey requesting the identification of problematic regulations and standards. The survey is in response to several discussions in the past several months whereby officials from the Department of Public Welfare have requested that providers identify regulations that hinder good care.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. It is available from the link in a PDF format. This is a very important opportunity to create regulatory reform and advocate for more appropriate requirements that truly assist in providing quality services.
