PCPA will host two regional meetings in which attendees will participate in process benchmarking exercises. The details of these exercises are as follows:

Outpatient Appointment No-show Reduction Exercise
Sponsored by Community Care Behavioral Health OrganizationThe architect and leader of these exercises is Dr. Paul Lefkovitz, Behavioral Pathway Systems, PCPA’s partner in the Benchmarking Initiative. The initiative, provided free of charge through a grant by the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, is available to all Pennsylvania community providers. In addition, at the Western Region meeting April 18, Dr. Dennis Daley, UPMC, will present and discuss results of a recently completed no-show reduction pilot project. Thanks to the generosity of the sponsors, both meetings will be free of charge.
