PCPA will hold two regional meetings in April that are open to all PCPA members; one in the Pittsburgh area and the second in Scranton. At each meeting Dr. Paul Lefkovitz, Behavioral Pathway Systems, will lead attendees in a benchmarking exercise designed to provide practical action steps through which agency outcomes may be improved. These meetings are in conjunction with the PCPA Benchmarking Initiative, provided free of charge to PCPA members through a grant by the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
The dates, locations, and exercise topics of the regional meetings are:
- Thursday, April 17: Friendship House, Scranton, Outpatient Productivity Exercise
- Friday, April 18: Four Points by Sheraton Pittsburgh North, Mars, Outpatient Appointment No-show Reduction Exercise
PCPA encourages members to save these dates and plan to attend. A detailed agenda and RSVP will be sent closer to the time. For more information on the meetings or the PCPA Benchmarking Initiative contact Membership and Marketing Coordinator Steve Neidlinger.
