There are still seats available for the PCPA Annual Meeting on March 19 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will feature Linda Rosenberg, MSW, president and CEO, National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. The meeting is at the Holiday Inn East in Harrisburg and is open to all PCPA members. Since assuming leadership in 2004, Ms. Rosenberg has led the National Council in several legislative and regulatory accomplishments including the recent moratorium on the Medicaid Rehabilitation and School Based Services regulations and House passage of the Paul Wellstone Mental Health and Addiction Equity Act. PCPA has a contractual arrangement that allows provider members to join the National Council at a greatly discounted dues rate.
