The second Summit of the MH/MR Coalition, Planning and Working Together in 2002: Effective Approaches in Recruitment and Retention will be held Tuesday, October 30 at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Recruitment and retention policy and practice will be discussed by these national experts:
- Sheryl Larson - University of Minnesota
- Mary Ann Taylor - researcher at the Human Service Research Institutes of Cambridge, MA
- Jeffrey Kielson - former Director of Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation-Metro Region, who initiated and implemented a pilot recruitment model in Massachusetts.
Executive Directors and top management are encouraged to attend! Preliminary indications are that many county administrators have registered.
