Webinar: Appealing State Set Rates and Fees

PCPA will host a webinar July 19 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Attorney Allen Warshaw, Rhoads & Sinon, LLP and former Department of Public Welfare chief counsel, will explain the process for filing a rate/fee appeal and review what providers should consider before making a decision about filing an appeal.
The cost of the webinar is $49 for members of PCPA and the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities and $79 for non-members. The registration fee covers a single point of access to the webinar. Multiple people may gather around the computer to participate. If more than one computer will be accessed, a separate registration must be completed.
