This workshop, presented by Adam J. Falcone, Esq., will provide practical tools and information on conducting and managing internal compliance investigations. It will address when to conduct an internal investigation, who should conduct the investigation, and how effective investigations are conducted. Using a case-study method, participants will acquire skills in developing an investigative plan, effectively interviewing witnesses, and managing the investigation. This workshop will benefit senior leaders, compliance professionals, and human resource personnel who have responsibility for investigating reports of non-compliance.
The workshop will be offered twice:
October 31, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Harrisburg (10 seats remain)
November 7, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Greensburg (6 seats remain)
