Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Philadelphia Training Requires Registration
The Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training sponsored by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Bureau of Program Integrity, and the behavioral health managed care organizations that will be held in Philadelphia requires registration. This session is October 16 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.,Auditorium at Falls Center, 3300 Henry Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19129. There is free parking in the on site lot and garage. Attendees are asked to enter at the "Visiting Nurses" entrance, the auditorium is on the left. The venue holds 150 people. As space is limited, please limit attendance to one person from each provider. RSVP to Marie.Raupp@phila.gov as soon as possible.

Webinar on National Strategy for Suicide Prevention
The Suicide Prevention Resource Center Training Institute will host a web-based seminar October 3, 3:00 - 4:30 p.m., on The Revised National Strategy for Suicide Prevention.  There is no fee to participate in the webinar, but pre-registration is required.

National Forum on Disability Issues
The National Forum on Disability Issues, September 28, 12:30 – 3:30 p.m., will focus on disability positions of presidential candidates. The candidates are invited to present their positions on disability issues. Interested persons may register for the online streaming webinar at www.nfdi.org.

Forum on Rural Homelessness Scheduled
Learning from Others – Defining for Ourselves – Addressing Rural Homelessness is October 10, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Bloomsburg University. The Columbia Montour Homeless Task Force has partnered with Bloomsburg University and the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania to bring together state and national experts to explore rural homelessness in Pennsylvania. Lunch is provided with a working session on regional solutions following. A registration fee of $15 is charged, with proceeds to benefit the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania.
