OCYF Contract Tracking System

The Office of Children, Youth and Families (OCYF) has announced it will launch a web-based application to track the review of out-of-home placement provider’s initial budget packet, submission through finalization. This will replace the spreadsheet-based tracking log used in previous years. Access to the application is granted to those who participate in the out-of-home placement budget packet review process to establish maximum allowable amounts (see Bulletin 3170-10-02). As part of the launch, OCYF will need to establish a single user identification for each service provider. Each service provider (private provider agency or county agency) should act immediately by responding to the email message sent on December 8 from OCYF. Providers will need to register the name of the organization (i.e. legal entity as listed on the program license/Certificate of Compliance) and an eight (8) character User ID created by the service provider (ex. “ABCHomes” or “FFamily1”).

OCYF is requiring the use of the following information format:

Legal Entity: ABC Homes Inc.
User ID: ABCHomes____
PCCYFS Access: YES or NO____

Please send this information to the OCYF resource account, ra-ocyfcontracts@pa.gov, as soon as possible and no later than close of business December 13.
