DPW Announces Leadership Changes

Jim Hardy, deputy secretary, Department of Public Welfare (DPW) Office of Medical Assistance Programs, has announced plans to leave his position February 1, 2007. Mr. Hardy will become the president of Sellers Feinberg, a national consulting company that specializes in Medicaid issues. In a recent statement Mr. Hardy noted that DPW hopes to announce a successor for his position by his planned leave date.

Nancy Hardy, deputy secretary, DPW Office of Children, Youth and Families, has announced that she will be leaving her post some time in February. Mrs. Hardy will move into the position of special assistant to Secretary Richman. Her office will be based in Philadelphia where she will be involved in addressing issues in the southeast region.
