PROMISe Update #04-08

PROMISe Provider Conference Calls
The Department of Public Welfare (DPW) has scheduled conference call training for PROMISe providers. Each conference call will focus on one specific provider type and/or type of claim. The call will last approximately one and one-half hours and will address the following items:

  • Provider Enrollment Review
  • Suspense Processing and System Related Items
  • Billing Tips and Helpful Hints
  • Understanding the Remittance Advice
  • Questions and Answers

The teleconferences begin at 1:00 p.m. Since the format can accommodate only 100 participants per session, it is important to register early. The next calls are scheduled as follows:

  1. June 11 – BHRS
  2. June 15 – Provider Enrollment
  3. June 23 – Community Support Services
  4. July 14 – Outpatient (Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol, Partial)
