Updates

  • Members not registered for the Offie of Developmental Programs (ODP) 2011/12 Budget Briefing may do so at http://pic.odpconsulting.net/file.php/1/ODP_Budget_Briefing.htm. The Budget Briefing Packet is available. 
  • ODP Informational Packet #048-11: Instruction on Request for Deviation in Monitoring Frequency. This provides clarification on how a request for changing monitoring frequency should be handled by the Supports Coordination Organizaiton (SCO), Administratie Entity (AE), and the regional ODP. The packet is available at www.odpconsulting.net or from Linda Drummond.
  • ODP Bulletin #00-11-03: Cost Centers for County Mental Retardation Programs Effective July 1, 2010. The bulletin has been finalized and provides information to counties regarding cost center information to be used in preparation of Income and Expenditure reports for FY 2010/11. Questions regarding this bulletin should be directed to the Regional ODP Program Manager.
  • State center staff development courses for April are available for Ebensburg and Selinsgrove centers. Copies are available from Linda Drummond.
  • The HCSIS Update highlights upcoming Release 6.11.0, new documents posted on the Learning Management System, launch of Enterprise Incident Management system for the Office of Long Term Living and the Bureau of Autism Services, and creation of two data warehouse dashboards to monitor ODP AE performance.
  • April is Fair Housing Month, with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development commemorating the passage of the Fair Housing Act in 1968. This act makes it unlawful to discriminate in housing transactions based on race, national origin, religion, gender, disability, or family status.
