Dr. Dale Adair Returns to OMHSAS

OMHSAS Acting Deputy Secretary Valerie Vicari announced that on Monday, September 30, 2019, Dr. Dale Adair will be returning to OMHSAS as the Medical Director. Many of you know Dr. Adair from his previous leadership roles within OMHSAS, including Medical Director and Acting Deputy Secretary.

In 2016, Dr. Adair received the RCPA Community Leadership award for his vision for OMHSAS, as well as his tireless efforts to bring the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) pilot to Pennsylvania.

In 2017, Dr. Adair relocated to South Carolina, where he has been serving as the Medical Director at the Bryan Psychiatric Hospital.

Dr. Adair is an esteemed colleague who brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience related to the behavioral health system, and Pennsylvania is fortunate to welcome him back.
