This meeting will be webcast only.
DDAP is requesting our urgent help to identify regulations and legislative language re: treating substance use disorder that most in need of being revised, and to prioritize them. In order to do this efficiently at our next meeting, please discuss this with your staff and email your top 3–5 recommendations, along with the reasons, to Sarah Eyster (seyster@paproviders.org) no later than April 15.
Please DO NOT include the confidentiality (255.5) regs – they have already been identified as a top priority and resources have already been allocated to review them & make recommendations. The person leading that effort will be a guest presenter at the April 21 meeting.We will discuss the themes from your submissions to Sarah as a group before sharing with DDAP at the meeting.
