To improve care outcomes and experiences, integrated care programs are most effective when they reflect the goals and needs of the people they serve.

This webinar will share practical approaches to help states make their integrated care programs more responsive to enrollee needs. It will highlight a forthcoming CHCS toolkit that translates feedback from dually eligible individuals into practical action steps for states. A panel of dually eligible individuals and Medicaid staff who helped shape the toolkit will share perspectives on how integrated care programs can better reflect the goals, preferences, and needs of the people they serve.
