DDAP Seeks Public Comment on Pennsylvania SUPTRS Block Grant Application

The Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) seeks public comment on the Pennsylvania Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services (SUPTRS) Block Grant Application.

 

The Assessment and Plan are available for public review through SAMHSA's Web Block Grant Application System (WebBGAS) using the credentials below:

  • Username: citizenpa
  • Password: citizen

 

After logging in, navigate to:

  • "View an Existing Application" or "Existing Applications," then to "2027 SUPTRS BG Only Application/Behavioral Health Assessment and Plan."

 

The complete SUPTRS Block Grant application also includes the SUPTRS Report (available in November) and the Annual Synar Report (available in December). These documents will be posted to WebBGAS as they become available.

 

Submit your comments by Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
