DHS Issues MA Managed Care Delivery System RFI

The Department of Human Services (DHS) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gather input and information concerning innovative solutions that leverage Medicaid data to improve transparency within Pennsylvania’s Medicaid managed care delivery system and strengthen the Department’s ability to make evidence-based rate-setting decisions.

Respondents do not need to answer every question and may focus on specific questions that are most relevant to the organization’s experience and focus. Please refer to the posting for information about how to submit your responses.

You can direct any questions pertaining to the RFI to the account listed in the solicitation; only the issuing officer is permitted to provide additional information.

Responses to the RFI are due on November 20, 2026.
