The Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience (CODE PA)  is working with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) to understand the experience of applying for and maintaining licenses issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is seeking provider and organization input.

What’s involved:

  • What: A 25-minute virtual interview conducted with a CODE PA research team member
  • When: Between July and August 2026
  • Why: Share your feedback to help Pennsylvania’s government improve the digital process for permits, licenses, and certifications

How to participate:

  • Complete this short survey to indicate interest in participating in an interview.
  • CODE PA will contact you to schedule an interview if you are selected to participate.

How information will be handled and protected:

Interviews will be conducted by a CODE PA research team member. Participation is optional — you can stop at any time during the interview.

  • CODE PA will ask your permission prior to recording, but recording is not required to participate in this session.
  • Any personally identifiable information, such as your face, name, voice, or employer, will be removed before sharing research materials beyond the core research team.
  • Taking part in this research will not affect your chances of getting or keeping a Pennsylvania permit, license, or certification.

Please contact your RCPA Policy Director with any questions.
