Changes are coming to Medicaid beginning January 2027, and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (PA DHS) wants to make sure Medicaid recipients and those who work with them are ready.

That is why PA DHS has just launched a Medicaid Changes Communications Toolkit with shareable and customizable content to help everyone spread the word about these upcoming changes.

The Medicaid Changes Communications Toolkit includes resources like flyers, social media posts, newsletter content, FAQs, and more. The toolkit also includes the communications PA DHS will send to Medicaid recipients including sample letters, text messages, and phone call scripts.

The toolkit will be updated regularly, so Pennsylvanians are encouraged to check back often for new materials.
