RCPA is excited to announce that our exhibit hall has sold out for our 2026 Conference Power in Purpose: Promoting Possibilities! Our attendees will have access to over 90 businesses who offer services and products to enhance provider networks.

There are still many opportunities available for sponsorship at all levels, as well as advertisement space! By sponsoring and advertising, you will gain name recognition and be in front of hundreds of attendees who range from clinical providers to IT support in PA’s rapidly changing sphere of health and human services.

We are looking for sponsors for items including:

  • Morning coffee breaks and afternoon refreshment breaks, starting at $3,500 per break.
  • Breakfast and Lunch support, starting at $5,000.
  • Entertainment at our nightly Hospitality Suite at $6,500. Can include varying amounts for Hospitality Suite options.
  • Internet service for attendees at $10,000.
  • Mobile App sponsor at $15,000.

We are also accepting fliers and other conference bag inserts. View the brochure for complete details. You can also Carol Ferenz directly to discuss potential opportunities.
