ID/A Associations Issue Joint Letter to ODP

RCPA, in collaboration with The Alliance of Community Service Providers, The Provider Alliance (TPA), MAX, The Arc of Pennsylvania, and PAR, submitted a joint letter to Deputy Secretary Kristin Ahrens and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) on August 14, 2026. The letter was regarding proposed changes impacting family caregiver payment, out-of-state travel, provider agreements, and other HCBS waiver policies. The letter also outlines provider concerns and recommendations to help ensure continued access to services while maintaining compliance with federal requirements.
