The Collective is a peer-driven leadership initiative developed through a partnership between RCPA and The Ramsay Group, designed to create a trusted environment for human services CEOs and senior leaders to connect, collaborate, and solve shared challenges. Participants are individually selected and thoughtfully placed into curated teams to ensure meaningful dialogue and value for both the individual and their organization.
The Collective was formally launched in September 2025 at the RCPA Annual Conference, where the three founding CEO teams met in person and began building relationships that have continued through ongoing discussions and strategic collaboration between meetings. The next cycle of meetings will begin in June 2026, include an in-person session at the RCPA Annual Conference in September, and continue throughout the year.
