ODP Claim and Service Documentation Updates

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) presented updated details regarding requirements for providers regarding claim and service documentation in a webinar on August 4, 2022. Bulletin 00-22-03 “Technical Guidance for Claim and Service Documentation” was reviewed along with the following documents:

• Claim and Service Documentation for Programs Funded by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP);
• Attachment 1: Technical Guidance for Claim and Service Documentation; and
• Attachment 2: Technical Guidance for Claim and Service Documentation for Providers of Services in the Adult Autism Waiver.
