ODP Provides Updated Life Sharing and Respite Q&A Document

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANN 28-018. This revised announcement reflects correct codes for Respite provided in a Licensed or Unlicensed Life Sharing home. The updated information is in red font and underlined. The communication is intended to provide clarification regarding the provision of discrete Respite services for individuals who are authorized to receive Life Sharing services as well as clarification on the provision of Respite in Life Sharing homes. This communication applies to Life Sharing and/or Respite services rendered through the Consolidated, Person/Family Directed Support or Community Living waiver.
