ODP Shares Summary of the 2026/27 Quality Review Sample

Temple University is beginning the 2026/27 Quality Review Sample for the upcoming fiscal year. As a part of this process:

• Critical incident investigations completed by Service providers, AEs, and SCOs are selected through a random sample generated in the EIM system.
• Throughout the year, Temple will send notifications to organizations when one or more of their investigations have been selected for review.
• Selected incident numbers will be sent to the contact person on file for your organization.
• Your organization may be asked to submit the investigation case file for the selected incidents requested.
• Once Temple’s Quality Improvement Unit completes its review, results will be shared with both the organization and the designated ODP staff.

To help ensure Temple University has accurate and up-to-date contact information during the Quality Review Process, all organizations are requested to fill out the ODP-Affiliated Organization Contact Form. The contact information submitted will be used to request investigation case file documentation and to send the quality review results to your organization.
