The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared an update to ODPANN 26-039 and its attachment. The purpose of this communication is to provide details about the Residential Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) Pay-for-Performance (P4P) initiatives for Fiscal Year 2026/27 and share the Performance-Based Contracting P4P Residential Rural Expansion: Operational Guide. Updates appear in red.
