ODP Updates ISP Bulletin Attachments

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has updated the Individual Support Plan (ISP) Manual (Attachment 1) and Summary of Major Changes Made to ISP Requirements or Processes (Attachment 8). These changes were made to align with the implementation of Performance-Based Contracting for Supports Coordination and recently published communications.

 

Changes included:

  • New Supports Coordination procedure codes that will be effective on January 1, 2027.
  • Changes made to align with recently published communications.
  • Clarifications based on questions received by ODP.
