OLTL Releases Summary of Comments on the Community HealthChoices RFI

The Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) has released a summary of the comments they received on the Community HealthChoices (CHC) Request for Information (RFI).

For background purposes, on June 1, 2026, the Department of Human Services (DHS) released an RFI to gather input and information concerning the CHC program administered by OLTL. The Department issued the RFI to become aware of and knowledgeable about stakeholder areas of interest in the current CHC program and opportunities to strengthen the program for the benefit of participants.

The public was encouraged to comment on all or any of the specific questions and topics contained in the RFI, and responses were due by 12:00 pm on July 15, 2026. Over 200 responses were submitted on the CHC RFI.
