Press Release from RCPA Member Achieva: Published June 30, 2026

Pittsburgh, PA — Achieva Support has earned the state’s Select tier provider designation through Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) system, recognizing the organization as one of the Commonwealth’s highest-performing residential providers.

The Select tier designation recognizes providers that demonstrate strong performance, quality outcomes, workforce development, and a commitment to supporting people with intellectual disabilities and autism through person-centered services. Under ODP’s Performance-Based Contracting model, providers are evaluated on a range of quality and operational measures designed to improve outcomes and strengthen services across Pennsylvania. Providers achieving elevated tier status (Select or Clinically Enhanced) represent only ten percent of residential providers statewide. According to ODP, Select tier providers must meet enhanced performance measures and deliver multiple residential service models.
