RCPA Member Step By Step Welcomes Allison Seeley as Vice President of Advancement

Wilkes-Barre, PA – Step By Step is pleased to announce the appointment of Allison Seeley as the Agency's new Vice President of Advancement, a newly created leadership role designed to strengthen the organization's fundraising, community engagement, and strategic growth efforts.
In this position, Seeley will focus on expanding philanthropic support, increasing Step By Step's brand awareness and visibility, and strengthening relationships with community partners, donors, and supporters. The creation of this role reflects the Agency's ongoing commitment to advancing its mission and building sustainable resources to support individuals and families throughout Pennsylvania.
Seeley brings extensive experience in nonprofit advancement and fundraising. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to building meaningful relationships, inspiring philanthropic investment, and advancing strategic priorities that create lasting impact. Her professional experience spans higher education and mission-driven nonprofit organizations serving health-related causes throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, and the greater Philadelphia region.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Global Studies from Lehigh University and a Master of Nonprofit Management degree from the University of Central Florida.
