RCPA Partner The Ramsay Group has announced that Candace Osunsade has joined the organization as the Managing Director of their HR Practice Group.

Candace partners with clients through Strategic Fractional HR and Outsourced HR services. She brings 30+ years of executive HR experience in centralized and decentralized environments, most recently as Global Chief People and Inclusion Officer at a $1.7B NGO.
