Healthcare costs have been a recurring theme in RCPA member conversations. Medical costs continue to rise much faster than inflation, driven by higher utilization, more severe high-cost claims, and ongoing volatility in the healthcare system. For many employers, last year’s increases were larger than expected, and current forecasts suggest that this pressure isn’t letting up. With costs continuing to rise, waiting until the next renewal often leads to reactive decisions.

RCPA, in partnership with Corporate Benefits Consultants, Inc., will be hosting a webinar on September 15 at 3:00 pm to discuss how other employers are approaching these challenges. During the presentation, you will learn how fully insured employers are:

  1. Taking more control over healthcare costs and reducing volatility;
  2. Improving benefits without making painful trade-offs; and
  3. Learning from a community of employers who are actively changing their approach.

By registering here for this webinar, you will learn ways to get ahead of the pressure and take a more proactive approach.

We look forward to your participation.
